Purchase and leasing

What does a device cost?

We set the price and terms based on your business. At a meeting we go through your needs and put together a proposal with leasing and a fixed monthly cost.

Can I lease instead of buying?

Yes. Most clinics choose leasing with a fixed monthly cost. You can also pay in instalments through our partner or buy the device on invoice. Read about financing.

Can a start-up lease?

Yes, often. The finance partner does a credit check. If there are no annual accounts, an extract from the balance sheet and profit and loss account is usually enough. We help you deal with them.

Can I lease several devices?

Yes. Several devices can be in the same proposal, and for chains the agreement can be with the parent company.

How can I see the device before I decide?

We start with a demo on Teams or Meet, where we show you the device and go through your treatments. After that, you are welcome to visit our showroom in Gothenburg.

Do you help with marketing?

Yes. You get paid advertising at launch, ready-made marketing material such as roll-ups, leaflets, images and video, and your clinic is shown on our clinic map.

Which device suits my clinic?

It depends on which treatments your clients ask for and how you want to grow. Start with the treatment areas or talk to an expert, and we will help you choose.

What training is included?

Basic training is always included when you buy a device from us. You also get access to our online training to refresh skills and train new staff.

Where does the training take place?

In our showroom at Thorildsgatan 1 in Gothenburg. There we also go through start-up, settings and care of the device.

Can new staff be trained later?

Yes. The online training stays available for all your staff, and QRYO Academy has more courses. See the training.

Do we get a diploma?

Basic training on CRYO T-SHOCK ends with a Cryotherapist diploma. Read about the course.

Service and warranty

What warranty is included?

A 2-year warranty on the device. We go through the full terms when you receive the quote.

How do I submit a service request?

In the customer portal at portal.qryo.se. Choose the device, describe the fault and attach a photo or video if you can. We will get back to you as soon as possible and follow the request in the portal until it is resolved.

Are service agreements available?

Yes. With a service agreement, the device gets a regular check against a checklist, and you get a report linked to the serial number. For lasers we recommend a service at least once a year.

What support do I get?

Ongoing support from the whole team: technical, treatment and commercial.

Can I order spare parts and handpieces?

Yes, in the customer portal. The order is linked to your device so you get the right parts.

5 questions

Delivery

How is the device delivered?

The device is delivered to your door and you carry it in yourselves. Several devices weigh more than 60 kg, so we recommend that two people receive the delivery.

Which devices do you carry in?

Cryo chambers and red light beds. We carry these in and install them on site.

What do the premises need for a cryo chamber?

A level floor, 3-phase power with a 32 A fuse and an internet connection at the device, plus either a water connection or a closed cooling unit. We go through the requirements with you before installation.

What is needed for a red light bed?

A dedicated electrical circuit, a residual current device (RCD) and at least 30 cm of clear space to the wall. We go through the requirements before delivery.

How much do the devices weigh?

It varies. Weight and dimensions are given on each device page under Technical data. See all devices.

Treatments

Where can I find a clinic?

On our clinic map. Choose a treatment and a town to see clinics near you. Find a clinic.

How many treatments are needed?

It depends on the treatment. Laser hair removal takes 3–8 sessions on average, pelvic floor and body treatments usually 6–10 sessions, and tattoos almost always need a course. Read more under each treatment area.

Do the treatments hurt?

Most treatments are described as tolerable. Laser feels like warmth and light pricks, muscle treatments like strong contractions, and cryo simply feels cold. The practitioner adjusts the intensity to suit you.

Is there any downtime?

For most treatments, no. You can go straight back to your day. After CO2 laser, a few days of redness and peeling is normal.

Why do I fill in a health questionnaire?

For your safety. Certain conditions mean you should not have the treatment or should wait, for example pregnancy, a pacemaker or infection in the area. The clinic always goes through it before the first treatment.

How do cold and heat remove fat?

The cold acts on the fat cells in the area. The body then breaks them down and clears them naturally over a few weeks. The fat does not leave the body in urine.

Does the muscle treatment burn fat?

It mainly builds muscle. More muscle raises your metabolism and supports fat burning over time. You get the best results together with exercise and a good diet.

Can the cryo chamber give me a cold?

No. The short exposure to cold does not give you a cold. If you have a fever or are ill, you should wait.
